Job Summary
Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure that manufacturing targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations - Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or plant operations, with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, workplace safety, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members to meet production targets and schedules.
- Assign tasks, workstations, and responsibilities based on production requirements and employee capabilities.
- Monitor production output, productivity, quality, and efficiency throughout the shift.
