Job Summary
Entry-level development role designed to prepare candidates for future leadership positions within manufacturing operations. The trainee rotates through key areas such as production, quality control, warehouse, maintenance, safety, and process improvement to gain practical knowledge of manufacturing operations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience may be considered.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, production operations, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and rotations across production, quality control, warehouse, maintenance, safety, and other manufacturing functions.
- Learn and understand manufacturing processes, production workflows, equipment operations, and company procedures.
- Assist supervisors and managers in monitoring daily production activities and operational performance.
