Key Qualifications
- Must be an Elementary School Graduate
- Prior training or work experience
- Must not require eligibility under MC. 10, s. 2013 - Category III
- Must possess good communication and social interaction skills
- Must demonstrate customer service orientation and performance management skills
- Must be computer literate
Responsibilities
- Assist in binding, compiling, and organizing official financial and administrative documents
- Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of treasury records and related documents
- Provide support services related to document preparation and reproduction
- Assist office personnel and clients with basic administrative concerns
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Office of the Municipal Treasurer
