The Administrative Officer III (Cashier II) assigned to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer is responsible for performing cashiering functions, managing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires attention to detail, customer service skills, and proficiency in financial procedures to support the municipality’s fiscal operations effectively.
Key Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have completed at least 4 hours of relevant Training
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Must possess Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility
- Must have competencies in Financial Accuracy, Customer Service, Keen Attention to Detail, & Computer Literacy
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage cash collections, disbursements, and other financial transactions
- Ensure accuracy and accountability in all financial records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned by the Office of the Municipal Treasurer
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and procedures regarding multiple finances
